Ph.D. Marcin Krzemiński

Assistant at the Constitutional Law Department of the Jagiellonian University. Graduate of law at the Jagiellonian University (2001). He attended the judicial training, with the final exam passed in 2005. Legal counsel (since 2006). Laureate of the French Government’s scholarships (2005 and 2006). Doctor of Legal Sciences (2016). He completed scientific internships at the Universities of Nantes, Orleans and Alicante. Member of Polish Association of Constitutional Law, chief editor of the web portal konstytucyjny.pl. His scientific interests include: constitutional systems of Francophone states and constitutional foundations of a civil trial.
