mgr Magdalena Michalska

She graduated with honors from the Department of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. Currently, she is a PhD Student at the JU Doctoral School of Social Sciences. In 2017, she received a scholarship from the Minister of Science and Higher Education for significant scientific achievements. She represented the Jagiellonian University in international arbitration competitions (The 25th Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot 2017), as well as in the 3rd edition of the Constitutional Court Tournament, during which she took second place as a team and received an individual award for the best speaker of the tournament. She received a scholarship in the research project "Protection of human rights in states of emergency. Theory and practice of the Visegrad Group countries” OPUS 19 headed by Professor Monika Florczak-Wątor. She also collaborated in the research project OPUS 9: "Arguments and legal reasoning in a constitutional state of law" headed by Professor Andrzej Grabowski. She is undergoing judicial training at the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution.
