3rd-year student of Law and 1st-year student of Intellectual Property and New Media Law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. The Vice-Chairman of the Student Research Group on Constitutional Law operating within the JU Library of Law Students Association. A speaker at nationwide student conferences on criminal and constitutional law.
His academic interests include in particular:
Criminal law and criminal process, the impact of constitutional norms on substantive and procedural guarantees for participants in criminal proceedings, the issue of proportionality and advisability of criminal law repression and coercive measures being at the disposal of the state.
