Angelika Ciżyńska-Pałosz graduated law at the Jagiellonian University. She is a PhD Student at the Department of Constitutional Law and is preparing a doctoral dissertation on the participation of national parliaments in the enforcement of the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights. She is a winner of the sixth competition under “Diamentowy Grant” program. In 2017, she received a scholarship from the Minister of Science and Higher Education for significant scientific achievements. She was a member of the winner  team, in the 3rd Constitutional Moot Court of the Prof. Zbigniew Hołda Association as well as the winner of the award for the best written plea in the student league. Angelika Ciżyńska-Pałosz is a scholarship holder in the research project "Protection of human rights in emergency. Theory and practice of the Visegrad Group countries” OPUS 19 headed by Professor Monika Florczak-Wątor. From 2019, she is a trainee attorney at the Krakow Bar Association.
