Zaproszenie na seminarium "The position and scope of application of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights in the case-law of the constitutional courts of the Republic of Poland and the Czech Republic"

Zapraszamy serdecznie na kolejne seminarium CISK UJ poświęcone problematyce stosowania Karty Praw Podstawowych UE w orzecznictwie polskiego i czeskiego Sądu Konstytucyjnego oraz w orzecznictwie sądowym.

Seminarium odbędzie się w języku angielskim w najbliższą środę 23 listopada w godz. 18.00-20.00 w budynku Wydziału Prawa i Administracji UJ, ul. Krupnicza 33a, sala 12.

Będzie również możliwość dołączenia online.

Program obejmuje wystąpienia prof. Ondreja Hamul'aka z Uniwersytetu w Ołomuńcu, prof. Aleksandry Kustry-Rogatki z Uniwersytetu Mikołaja Kopernika w Toruniu, dr Władysława Jóźwickiego z Uniwersytetu Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, dr Moniki Kawczyńskiej z Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego.

The Centre for Interdisciplinary Constitutional Studies is an independent organisational unit of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University established by the Rector of the Jagiellonian University by order No. 17 of 30 January 2020.

The Centre's goal is to initiate, organise and coordinate various forms of scientific activity in the field of interdisciplinary research concerning constitutional law, European law, theory of legislation, theory of law and constitutional state of law.

The Centre is also involved in educational and expert activities.
