Ph.D. Monika Kawczyńska

Adjunct at the Chair of European Law of the Jagiellonian University, legal counsel. Graduate of: Suffolk County Community College (2001), International and European Legal Studies at Universitaire Instelling Antwerpen (2003), JU School of American Law (2004) and LL.M. at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (European Union law, 2005). She attended the attorney training in the Cracow Bar Association (2010). Doctor of legal sciences – specialization: European Union law (2014). From 2008 to 2017 she was the judge's assistant and assistant-expert in The Office of Constitutional Tribunal. Her scientific interests include: constitutional judiciary, rule of law protection, proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union and measures of individual's rights protection under European Union law.
