Associate Professor at the Chair of Comparative Constitutional Law of the Jagiellonian University. Doctor of Legal Sciences (2007). Doctor with habilitation in the discipline of law - specialization: constitutional law (2018). Member of: International Society of Public Law, Polish Association of Constitutional Law, Research Group of International Association of Constitutional Law „Constitutionalism in Illiberal Democracies”. Co-worker of European Public Law Organization. He completed scientific internships in many foreign research institutions: Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in London (2019), Department of Law at the Charles University in Prague (2017), the University of Lucerne in Switzerland (2012), Department of Law at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium (2004). Author or co-author of more than 100 scientific publications. Participant of more than 60 national and international scientific conferences. His scientific interests focus on the theory of division of powers, electoral law, and constitutional aspects of public finance.
